AMI may release a new version of AssetTrack for ServiceNow while you are in the middle of a Trial.
You can't just upgrade your trial version from within ServiceNow. You must Request the Trial of the each new version from the ServiceNow Store.
For example, to upgrade to version 2.0.9:
- Have your HI administrator visit the latest AssetTrack for ServiceNow version 2.0.9 page on the ServiceNow Store.|
- Select Request Trial. Do not select Request App.

- When AMI approves the trial request, return to the store page and select Try.
