Consult your AssetTrack Configuration Worksheet and navigate to your AssetTrack Web Server. Open the Import Service folder and then open the Outgoing folder.
Are files being created from AssetTrack?
Do a test publish and see if a file is created. If not, then you will need to open the form designer and double check the publishing settings to make sure they are set correctly.
Are the files being picked up by the ERP system?
Make sure that the ERP system is grabbing the files out of the Outgoing folder correctly.
