Is There Data Stuck in the Queue?

When you get a validation failed message, that means there are assets stuck in your Queue.  You need to go to the Console section and open the console.  Then, once the Management Console is open, you will see the Queue Navigator at the bottom left.  This will have a list of your forms and then a number next to it indicating that there are assets stuck in the queue.  Double click on the form that has assets and then the queue will open, from there you can see what errors are happening, reconcile any data and then publish into your DB.
