There are two ways you can delete the mobile databases off your device. The first way through the AssetTrack application on the device, and the second way is by deleting the files off the device using your computer.
Deleting Databases using the AssetTrack Application
In the AssetTrack application, select Tools and the bottom and then Options. At the bottom, select the other tab. Once in the other tab, you can select Delete Databases found at the bottom of list, shown below.
Deleting Databases using your Computer
When you have you Windows Mobile Device connected your computer or laptop, open a file explorer and navigate to the device. Open the SD card and delete the AssetTrackMobile.sdf and AssetTrackNonVolatile.sdf files shown below.
