Server Unavailable Error Message

If you are getting a Server Unavailable message when you attempt to access AssetTrack with a browser, you'll want to check the following settings:

  • Verify AssetTrack is configured to use the correct version of the .NET Framework.
  • Verify that AssetTrack is pointing to the correct application pool

Verify AssetTrack is configured to use the correct version of the .NET Framework

  4. In the Application Pools information click AssetTrack.
The Edit Application Pool screen displays.

  5. Verify that the .NET Framework version is v2.0.50727.
