Mobile Device Not Getting Recent Data

If your mobile device is not getting the most recent data after you download a sync plan, you need to check to see if your sync plan has been rebuilt recently.

 

To check this go to the sync plan that does not have the updated data.

In the selected sync plan, under the sync plan name is Mobile Database Status. That will show when the last time the sync plan was rebuilt.  To rebuild the sync plan, you can click the Rebuild Now link shown below.
